Thursday: Beef stew (my mom's recipe)
Friday: Chicken Milanese with salad
Saturday: Homemade Pepperoni Pizza
dessert: gelatin blocks
Sunday: Turkey meatloaf

So you've got me intrigued. What's your Mom's recipe for beef stew??
She just gave me the recipe over the phone last week and it has one secret ingredient(as in "processed, prepackaged, & not used in a Cook's Illustrated recipe" ingredient)that I think is the key. If so, I'll post about it after I try it.
Do you have a good stew recipe you use? Seems like the right kind of weather for stew this week. :-)
I am suppose to get together with Mom when she gets back from her trip and go over other recipes that she has but does not have them written down. I will send them to you when I get done.
